Who you are buying from

These products are sold by a sole trader registered in Ireland, trading as yournextlevel.life. This is the name that appears on your receipt and card statement.

This policy applies to all digital products sold by this trader across all platforms and brand names, including but not limited to yournextlevel.life and associated social media accounts.

Contact: yournextlevel.life26@gmail.com. Email is the only support channel, and it is the fastest way to reach a person.

What you are buying

Digital products — written guides, workbooks, courses and similar materials delivered as downloadable files or as pages on this website. Nothing physical is shipped.

Access is granted immediately after payment, through:

  • the page you land on after checkout, and
  • where applicable, by email.

You are buying a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the material yourself. You may not:

  • resell it,
  • share the files publicly,
  • republish the contents, or
  • copy, reproduce or distribute this material in any form without permission.

You are responsible for saving or retaining access to your purchase. If you lose access, contact support and we will do our best to help, but access is not guaranteed indefinitely.

Refunds

These are digital products delivered instantly. Because you receive the full contents immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds in the ordinary course.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal, and how it applies here

Under EU and Irish consumer law you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel a distance contract and receive a refund.

For digital content, that right is lost once supply has begun, if you gave express prior consent to it beginning and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. These products are supplied immediately: the moment your payment goes through, the full contents open on screen and are yours to download and keep.

So:

  • At checkout you agree to these terms, which include your consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that this ends your 14-day right to cancel.
  • Because of that, once your payment has gone through, the purchase is not refundable simply because you have changed your mind.
  • Your confirmation email repeats this acknowledgement, so you have a record of what you agreed to.

None of that covers things going wrong. If something has genuinely gone wrong — for example you were charged twice, the download never worked, you received the wrong product, or the product is not as described — email us and we will sort it out, including refunding you in full where appropriate.

Nothing in this section affects any other rights you have under consumer law.

What these products are not

This is educational material drawn from lived experience and study. It is:

  • not therapy,
  • not medical or psychological treatment, and
  • not a substitute for professional care.

If you are in crisis or dealing with something that needs clinical support, please speak to a doctor or a qualified practitioner.

No particular outcome is promised. What you take from the material depends on your own circumstances and the work you put in.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these products or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited or excluded, including (for example) liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other non-excludable liability.

Your data

What is collected

  • Your email address and first name if you subscribe or buy.
  • Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — card numbers never reach this website and are never seen or stored here.

Why we collect it

  • To deliver what you bought,
  • To give you access to your purchase afterwards, and
  • Only if you opted in, to send you emails.

Purchasing a product does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.

Who else sees it

  • Stripe processes payments,
  • Kit stores the email list, and
  • Vercel hosts this site.

Each of them handles the data only to provide that service.

How long we keep it

  • Purchase records are kept as long as tax rules require.
  • Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can:

  • ask for a copy of your data,
  • ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or
  • object to its use.

Email the address above and it will be handled. If you are unhappy with the response, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising cookies.

Essential cookies may be used for secure payment processing (via Stripe).

Some purchase pages also store your access information locally in your browser using localStorage (not cookies) so you don’t have to log in again. This data is only used to maintain your access to purchased content on that device.

The rest

These terms are governed by Irish law. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

They may be updated from time to time — the version in force is whichever is published here on the day you buy, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
